Whew! That was easy specially from the country I come from its not hard for me to explain at all.We all are in such a busy world never had time to think of our bodies and what we are dumping in to our system. Do we even enjoy eating slowly ? eating slowly can avoid GI track issues gas , bloating , Acidity etc etc…. our body works hard every single second to digest food and get the fuel to run every single organ with no trouble. One thing goes wrong everything is wrong. Taking care of each and every single limb, ligament, nerve is possible and only possible through Yoga!
